This Glorious Green Juice is loaded with antioxidants, flavonoids and is fantastic for adrenal, liver and skin rejuvenation:
1 large bunch watercress
1/2 medium bunch curly parsley
2 cups sunflower sprouts
1 large green apple, sliced
3 medium apples, sliced
5-inch piece of ginger root, peeled
1 small lemon, peeled and quartered
Run everything through a juicer and serve fresh. This is one of my top go-to juices from my cleansing protocol, which also includes strategies such as:
