Appetite for reduction? Here’s my favorite juice recipe!

How’s your Spring so far? Are you feeling energized, focused and full of life?
Or are you sluggish, run down and exhausted right now?
If it’s the latter, it might be time to try a seasonal cleanse to kickstart your energy, balance your mood and help you feel better.

My personal favorite seasonal cleansing regimen involves some simple (but really effective) strategies for rebooting your system. One of my favorite ways to cleanse is with organic, raw green juices. So I’m going to share with you my #1 favorite juice recipe…

This Glorious Green Juice is loaded with antioxidants, flavonoids and is fantastic for adrenal, liver and skin rejuvenation:

1 large bunch watercress
1/2 medium bunch curly parsley
2 cups sunflower sprouts
1 large green apple, sliced
3 medium apples, sliced
5-inch piece of ginger root, peeled
1 small lemon, peeled and quartered

Run everything through a juicer and serve fresh. This is one of my top go-to juices from my cleansing protocol, which also includes strategies such as:

  • How to reduce inflammation with natural foods
  • Why sauna therapy and dry skin brushing is good for lymph detox
  • How probiotics can balance your emotions and brain health
  • Why liquid nutrition and trace minerals are essential for rejuvenation

Along with 154 healthy vegan recipes, I have an easy-to-follow natural cleanse and detox program in my new Hay House book, Eaternity.
