Honest Healing Balm

We bought a 2-pack of Honest Healing Balm at Costco sometime last year and we have started to use it for nearly everything! It works great for minor scrapes and cuts but lately we’ve also found that it works well as for parched, dry skin and lips. Instead of buying lip balm, like we’ve done nearly every year, we’ve decided that Honest Healing Balm does the trick much better than anything we’ve used in the past. The same thing goes for moisturizing hand-lotion – we just use the Honest Healing Balm instead.

Our insider trick

One thing that we’ve found out using the Honest Healing Balm which we’d like to mention here is that if it’s stored at low-ish temperatures (like under 60°F), it gets a little hard and is also harder to apply to the skin. We assume that’s because of the natural oils and beeswax. So our insider trick for making it a little easier to apply is to simply put it in our pocket for about 20-30 minutes before using it.

If you’ve tried the Honest Healing Balm yourself, please leave a comment and let us know so we can compare notes!

What we like about it

It’s made of ingredients that are not worried about putting on our skin or our children’s skin.
